Our Process

The Lifecycle of Preparedness: A Concierge Roadmap for Your Family

1. Secure the Legacy

Your investment in their preparedness begins at checkout. To frame this as a gift of preparedness, you may include a Hand-Written Gift Note. You will have the opportunity to compose your own message (250 characters max) or select and edit a curated inscription. To provide a premium experience, every note is hand-written by our team on heavy-weight, high-quality cardstock and placed prominently inside the Reserve so it is the first thing your Recipient sees upon opening.

2. The Configuration Review

Within one business day of your order, a J.P. Sutton specialist will initiate a brief, private Configuration Review via email. This step allows us to assemble the Safety Reserve according to the specifications you provide prior to shipment.

Device Compatibility Confirmation
We confirm the recipient's specific phone model so the power hub includes the correct rapid-charge connectors.

Dietary Preference Verification
We verify dietary preferences to ensure the 72-hour caloric sustainment modules are appropriate and usable.

Delivery Detail Confirmation
We reconfirm shipping information provided at checkout — including apartment numbers, access instructions, or concierge details — to ensure accurate and secure delivery upon completion of assembly.

3. Master-Crafted Assembly

Your Safety Reserve is hand-assembled with meticulous attention to detail. We prioritize high-utility components and professional-grade materials to ensure durability and practical utility for demanding environments.

4. Signature Delivery & Orientation

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Because the Safety Reserve contains high-capacity Lithium-Ion power cells, it is transported via Specialized Priority Ground Transit. While this requires slightly more time than standard air post, it is the safest and most compliant method for transporting professional energy components. Upon arrival, the Reserve includes the Safety Reserve Guide — a printed binder with setup instructions and essential information covering storage, battery performance, equipment overview, and more.

5. A Continuing Focus on Readiness

We're here to help you maintain your Reserve over time. As part of that commitment, the Refresh Service is a complimentary outreach program designed to help you stay mindful of long-term readiness milestones.

We provide scheduled maintenance notifications at the 3, 5, and 10-year anniversaries of your purchase date. At those intervals, we'll reach out with a curated Refresh Package containing updated essentials—including food, first aid supplies, and water filters—which you may choose to purchase at the then-current market rates.

The Refresh Service is a scheduled reminder system only and does not monitor individual item condition, usage levels, expiration dates, or equipment status.

Ongoing inspection and maintenance remain your responsibility. A simple six-month self-review can help keep your Reserve aligned with your needs.
